During the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five wellness apps on the iOS platform in Brazil showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at their trends:

Meditopia: AI, Meditation experienced a steady weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $14.8K at the end of September and maintaining around $10K to $14K throughout the quarter. The app’s weekly downloads saw a peak of 6.4K in late October but dropped to around 2.3K by mid-December. Active users fluctuated between 53.5K and 61.6K, with a notable rise to 63K in early November.

Calm saw its weekly revenue peak at about $9.5K at the beginning of October, with a slight dip to around $7K in November and a resurgence to $9.2K in December. Weekly downloads varied significantly, with a low of 400 at the end of November and a high of 6.1K in the last week of December. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 52.9K to 58.1K.

Headspace: Sleep & Meditation showed consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $7.7K at the end of October and generally staying around $6K to $7K. Downloads were initially low, starting at 82 and rapidly increasing to over 1K by the end of December. Active users remained steady, fluctuating between 3.7K and 4.3K.

ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound had a notable peak in weekly revenue at $5.9K in mid-October, tapering off to approximately $2.5K by the end of December. The app’s downloads surged to 28.6K at the beginning of October but then stabilized to around 8K to 9K towards the end of the quarter. Active users peaked at 28.5K in early October and gradually decreased to about 14.6K by the end of December.

Sleep Cycle - Tracker & Sounds maintained a fairly consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $4.8K in late October and averaging around $3.8K to $4.2K throughout the quarter. Downloads saw a spike to 1.8K in mid-October but generally hovered around 300 to 1K per week. Active users ranged from 27.9K to 36.6K, with a gradual decline towards the end of December.
